Anger
Great message Sunday by our pastor, Tim McCoy. The subject was about anger. I think he covered all the bases about it and he did it like he normally does by comparing scripture with other scriptures. In a nutshell, anger is sometimes good and sometimes bad. When it's good, is when it causes you to take action or spark feelings against injustice or immorality. Ephesians 4:26-27 (New King James Version) “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. When it's bad, is when it causes you to hate and become bitter.
Ephesians 4:31 (New King James Version) Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. Bottom Line: "And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." Ephesians 4:32 (New King James Version) To hear the whole message, (How to Make Anger Your Ally) go to Ingleside.org, download the itunes software for free and subscribe to the podcasts for free at Ingleside.org to get each Sunday sermon. - Ed
